1. General Information and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 399pet platform and all its related services. By browsing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Account Security

You must notify 399pet as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

399pet reserves the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

399pet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Separate terms apply to each bonus and it is necessary to read them carefully.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• A wagering requirement of 10 times the total of the bonus and deposit must be fulfilled.
• Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus is ৳1,200 and total balance is ৳2,200.
• Example: If you deposit ৳26,000, the maximum bonus is ৳15,000 and total balance is ৳41,000.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are created to claim bonuses, or if any attempt is made to abuse or manipulate bonuses, the account will be closed and all bonuses received along with related winnings will be cancelled.

3.3 VIP Program

The 399pet VIP program has four tiers and each tier offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

399pet supports financial transactions via popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for all methods.
• You must deposit only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and funds may be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using a method that matches the deposit method.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

399pet may request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. 399pet reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to play games is prohibited.
• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error may be cancelled.

5.2 Betting Rules

A maximum bet limit applies to each game or event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Specific time limits must be observed when betting on live sports such as cricket or football.

5.3 Technical Issues

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399pet and if detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device.
• Organised group activity aimed at abusing bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to send viruses or harmful code to the platform.
• Attempting to gain any software-based advantage in games.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.
